What You'll Do
Be a Trusted HR Partner
-
Partner with leaders and employees to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation.

Conduct workplace investigations and assist with resolving employee concerns fairly, consistently, and professionally.
-
Support organizational change initiatives and foster a positive, engaged workplace culture.
-
Serve as a trusted resource on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
Attract, Develop, and Retain Talent
-
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
-
Partner with hiring managers and staffing agencies to meet workforce needs.
-
Support employee development, training, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
-
Help create an exceptional employee experience from recruitment through career growth.
Drive Operational Excellence
-
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
-
Administer employee leaves, accommodations, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and HR programs.
-
Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data integrity.
-
Partner with Payroll, Operations, and EHS to support workforce and compliance initiatives.
Support Employee Engagement & Continuous Improvement

Assist with compensation administration and annual review processes.

Monitor HR metrics and identify opportunities to improve retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance both employee experience and business performance.

Champion technology and AI-enabled solutions that improve HR effectiveness and scalability.

Qualifications
Required
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-
3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
-
Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, performance management, and employment law.
-
Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
-
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred
-
Manufacturing experience.
-
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
-
Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
