- Highly organized: you can manage many moving pieces, deadlines, trackers, and stakeholders without losing details.
- Operationally minded: you care about whether plans are feasible, shipments arrive on time, data is accurate, and issues are resolved quickly.
- Detail-oriented: you notice mismatches, missing inputs, unclear owners, and operational risks before they become bigger problems.
- A strong communicator: you can send clear updates, document decisions, and keep cross-functional partners aligned.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: you can work in a fast-moving environment where processes are still being built.
- Data-capable: you are comfortable working in spreadsheets, trackers, dashboards, and operational reports.
- Proactive: you follow up, close loops, and escalate risks early.
- Team-oriented: you work well across Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Planning, Finance, and Business Operations.

- Experience managing trackers, operational data, shipment details, inventory, POs, production milestones, or cross-functional project plans.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and comfort working with operational data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize issues clearly and drive follow-up.
- Experience in CPG, food, grocery, fresh / refrigerated products, logistics, fulfillment, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ownership mindset.
