Position Title: Imaging Registration Representative, Radiology Department
Shift: Days (AM)
Schedule: 80 hours per pay-period. Weekdays & Rotating Saturdays.
Compensation: $20- $26
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles

Position:

Provide customer service, reception, and clerical support in a fast-paced Imaging Department.
Essential Functions:

Address patient concerns and questions related to imaging appointments.
Collaborate with clinicians to ensure appropriate imaging orders and patient preparation.
Escalate complex patient situations to the appropriate healthcare provider or healthcare leader.

General Job requirements:

Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish- required
Previous clerical, reception, admitting or registration work - required
Able to type a minimum of 30wpm
Must be organized, able to multi-task
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication and customer service skills required
Course work related to medical terminology- preferred
