Flexible Benefit Service (Flex) is seeking a driven sales professional to expand our presence in the employee benefits marketplace.

For more than 35 years, Flex has helped employers nationwide simplify benefits administration through Consumer Directed Health Plans (CDHPs) and compliance solutions. This is your opportunity to join a rapidly growing market leader and play a direct role in taking Flex to the next level.

If you're a driven sales hunter looking for a fast-paced environment, strong earning potential, and a company poised for significant growth, this is a unique opportunity to step into an established territory with built-in transition support. The incumbent Consultant will help facilitate introductions to key broker contacts and assist with onboarding and training so you can hit the ground running.

What You'll Do

Prospect and develop relationships with insurance brokers, consultants, carriers, and employers.
Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct consultative sales meetings and presentations.
Manage opportunities through CRM and maintain accurate activity logging and sales forecasts.
Collaborate with implementation and service teams to ensure successful client onboarding.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
Employee benefits, insurance, TPA, payroll, HR technology, or related industry experience preferred.
Proven ability to prospect, develop relationships, and close new business.
Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline activity.
Life & Health License (or ability to obtain one shortly after hire).

Successful sales professionals from other industries are encouraged to apply.
