Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our office operations, ensuring seamless administrative processes and exceptional support for our staff and clients. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a productive, efficient, and welcoming environment. Duties

Manage daily office functions, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records using productivity software and spreadsheets
Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and client communication
Coordinate inside sales quotes and invoice pick up on site with ith precision and efficiency
Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, equipment maintenance, and overseeing front desk operations
Assist with document proofreading, word processing, and preparing reports or correspondence using Microsoft Office tools
Provide customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries promptly while maintaining courteous phone etiquette
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and internal communications to ensure data integrity

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software
Excellent computer literacy and technical proficiency in data entry and document processing
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional phone communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette and customer service expertise
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
