WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist customers through the repair process from check-in to delivery
Prepare estimates and manage repair orders
Coordinate with technicians and the Parts Department
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Deliver an exceptional customer experience

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Communicate professionally with customers in person, over the phone, and by email. Explain recommended repairs, prepare accurate estimates, discuss parts and warranty coverage, and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.

Write and Manage Repair Orders: Collect complete and accurate customer, vehicle, and scheduling information while creating and maintaining detailed repair orders (ROs) and service documentation.

Coordinate Service Operations: Schedule appointments, monitor repair order progress, communicate with technicians, and ensure all documentation and customer records remain accurate and up to date.

Process Warranty Claims: Complete manufacturer warranty documentation accurately and efficiently to ensure timely approval and reimbursement.

Work Closely with Technicians: Maintain open communication with technicians, fellow Service Advisors, the Parts Department, and management to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.

Deliver Timely Service: Ensure repair orders, paperwork, estimates, approvals, and customer communication are completed promptly to provide an exceptional service experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1+ years of Service Advisor, Service Writer, or dealership experience (automotive, RV, truck, powersports, marine, agricultural, or heavy equipment preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Intermediate computer skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be able to successfully complete pre-employment background and motor vehicle record (MVR) screenings, consistent with applicable law.

Earn $45,000-$65,000+ annually with opportunities for advancement as our dealership continues to expand.
