About Us

Code Ninjas is a fun and welcoming place where kids learn to code by building their own video games. At our Green Township center, we combine education, technology, and creativity in a supportive environment that encourages kids to grow their skills while having a blast!

Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and tech-curious Part-Time Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking to gain real-world office experience in a technology-oriented learning center. You will assist with daily operations, support our staff and students, and interact with parents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Greet parents and students, assist with check-ins and scheduling
Support instructors during coding classes and camps
Help with basic administrative tasks (data entry, organizing files, managing supplies)
Maintain a clean and organized center environment
Assist with light marketing and event prep (flyers, setup, social media support)
Learn and grow in a dynamic, tech-focused environment

Other responsibilities may include:

Onboarding new students
Producing newsletters and other parent communications
Calling potential customers to book free sessions

Who You Are:

Tech-friendly and eager to learn new tools
Punctual, dependable, and responsible
Enjoy working with children and families
Good communicator, friendly and outgoing
Available to work a set schedule Tuesday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Fridays from 3-6:30 and Saturdays from 9:30-2:15 (additional hours may be available during camps or events)
