Full Job Description

About the Role

Clear Start Tax Relief is looking for a creative and dependable Social Media & Content Creator to manage our social media presence and consistently produce content for our brand.

We invest heavily in digital advertising across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. When people see our advertisements, many will visit our social media accounts to learn more about us.

Your job will be to make sure our brand looks active, professional, credible, current, and engaging when they do.

You will create and publish static posts, graphics, short-form videos, and other social media content. You should understand current trends, have good creative judgment, and know how to adapt ideas to fit our brand without making the content feel generic or forced.

You will also assist with additional creative marketing projects, including advertising creatives, marketing videos, UGC content, and other projects as needed.

What You’ll Do

Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content.
Create static graphics, carousels, short-form videos, and other visual content.
Film and edit content in our Irvine office.
Keep up with relevant social media trends and identify ways to use them appropriately.
Develop new content ideas that make the company feel professional, active, relatable, and engaging.
Help maintain a consistent brand image, voice, and standard of quality.
Turn ideas from the marketing team into finished content.
Create multiple versions of images, videos, hooks, or concepts for the team to review.
Repurpose existing content into new formats and variations.
Assist with advertising creatives, marketing videos, UGC, creator platforms, and other creative projects.
Use AI tools to brainstorm, create, edit, and produce content more efficiently.
Keep content files, footage, graphics, and creative assets organized.

What We’re Looking For

The right person:

Has experience creating content for a company, brand, or client.
Can personally create and edit both static and video content.
Has a strong eye for what looks polished, modern, and professional.
Enjoys creating content and regularly comes up with new ideas.
Understands social media trends without blindly copying everything that is popular.
Can make content informative, professional, relatable, or humorous depending on the purpose.
Knows how to use AI to improve creativity and productivity.
Can receive feedback and quickly create revised versions.
Is dependable, organized, and able to consistently produce content.
Can work full-time from our Irvine office.

Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, or similar creative tools is preferred.

You do not need to be an expert in every marketing discipline. We are primarily looking for someone who can create strong content, manage our social media presence, and grow into additional marketing responsibilities over time.
