<Responsibilities>

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
Oversee food production processes, ensuring timely delivery of orders during busy service hours.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative team environment.
Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment.
Coordinate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Support catering events and banquet services by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality standards.
Uphold restaurant management practices by ensuring smooth kitchen operations from prep to service.

<Qualifications>

Proven culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining settings; banquet experience is highly desirable.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, food handling procedures, and kitchen management best practices.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and inventory control processes to reduce waste and control costs.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and certifications required for maintaining sanitation standards.
