Operations Coordinator

Reliable Roofing & Restoration
Parma, OH

$18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | In-Office

About Us

Reliable Roofing & Restoration is a rapidly growing roofing and exterior restoration company serving Northeast Ohio. We specialize in roofing, siding, gutters, storm restoration, and insurance claim assistance. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to help keep our operations running smoothly.

Position Summary

This role is the backbone of our daily operations. You'll support sales, production, and management teams by handling customer communication, scheduling, administrative tasks, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Similar roofing and construction office positions commonly include scheduling, customer service, project tracking, invoicing, permit coordination, and office management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and customer inquiries
Schedule appointments, inspections, and project meetings
Maintain CRM and customer records
Track leads and sales pipeline activity
Assist with insurance claim documentation
Create and manage project files
Coordinate permits and inspections
Follow up with customers before, during, and after projects
Support sales representatives and production managers
Manage office supplies and administrative tasks
Prepare reports and spreadsheets for management

QualificationsRequired

2+ years of administrative or office experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent phone and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to learn CRM and project management software
Strong attention to detail

Preferred

Roofing, construction, restoration, or insurance industry experience
Experience with QuickBooks, JobNimbus, CompanyCam, or similar software
Experience with permitting and scheduling
Knowledge of insurance claims process
