Property Management AdministratorJoin Our Growing Team

We are a fast-growing, owner-managed property management company looking for a highly organized, motivated, and customer-focused Property Management Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and wants to grow with an expanding organization.

Position Summary

The Property Management Administrator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the property management team. This position serves as a primary point of contact for residents, prospects, and internal departments while ensuring leasing, compliance, and administrative processes are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage tenant relations and provide exceptional customer service.

· Coordinate all aspects of the leasing process from inquiry through move-in.

· Screen prospective tenants, review applications, verify documentation, and prepare applications for approval.

· Process lease documentation and ensure complete and accurate resident files.

· Maintain building compliance, licenses, and required documentation.

· Coordinate with maintenance, accounting, and management teams to ensure smooth property operations.

· Handle resident concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

· Maintain accurate records within the property management software.

· Assist with move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, notices, and resident communications.

· Coordinate with housing assistance programs and outside agencies when applicable.

· Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

· Support special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Previous experience in property management, leasing, or administration preferred.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational and time management abilities.

· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

· Professional, positive, and customer-service-oriented attitude.

· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

· Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi or other property management software is a plus.
