Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires proficiency in Quickbooks accounting software and a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles. The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial data and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update financial records using accounting QuickBooks software.
Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and other financial accounts.
Prepare tax documents and assist with tax filings as needed.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant financial data.
Collaborate with external auditors during audits to provide necessary documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Skills

Proficiency in accounting Quickbooks software.
Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all financial tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
