Full Job Description

Monarch Dermatology & Surgery is committed to exceptional patient service in each and every moment of our interaction with our patients. Our team-oriented, compassionate company is looking for a bright, enthusiastic, positive personality with exceptional customer service skills to work with our skilled providers!

We have experienced rapid growth and are hoping to find a great addition to our reception team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately enter data and assure patient information is correct and current
Check patients in and out of appointments, answer phones, triage patient calls, schedule and confirm appointments
Verify insurance, communicate with pharmacies and insurance companies, collect payments

Knowledge and Skills:

We are looking for a dedicated, hard-working dermatology receptionist with a heart for service. An eagerness to work in various roles, cross cover office positions, and learn new skills is a must. Reliability and dependability are necessary for success. Familiarity with electronic medical records, patient/sales experience, and health insurance knowledge is preferred. Pre-med is welcome and bilingual is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
