Full Job Description

Bookkeeper/Office Manager

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven person to manage the office activities at Kyle’s Landscape, Reliable Tree and affiliated companies. Our office manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective processes and systems to ensure accurate records are kept for A/R, A/P and HR.

Duties for the office manager will include allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, nurturing and overseeing sub-contractor accounts, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, developing administration processes, engaging with vendors, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities.

The candidate must possess entrepreneurial spirit and must have proven success in directing office functions. Key functions of this role will be to assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting, and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities. The noteworthy office manager should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.
Office Manager Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing growth strategies.
Training low-level managers and staff.
Creating and managing budgets.
Improving revenue.
Hiring employees.
Evaluating performance and productivity.
Analyzing accounting and financial data.
Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
Generating reports and giving presentations.

General Manager Requirements:

Degree in accounting or business preferred, but no required
Good knowledge of different business functions.
Strong leadership qualities.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly organized.
Strong work ethic.
Good interpersonal skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Computer literate.
Proactive nature.
