License/Certs: Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS required
Experience: 2+ years of Cardiac ICU experience (preferred)

Pay Rate: $59.18/hour

What You’ll Do

Provide expert nursing care to cardiac ICU patients, including those requiring advanced hemodynamic monitoring and interventions
Perform IV starts, administer sedation, manage ventilators, and operate Swan-Ganz and balloon pumps
Monitor patient conditions using Telemetry and other ICU equipment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
Document patient care accurately in EPIC electronic health records

What You Need

Valid Ohio RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications
2+ years of ICU experience, preferably in cardiac units
Proficiency with IV starts, telemetry, vents, Swan-Ganz, and sedation administration
Previous travel nursing experience preferred

This role is based at a leading hospital in Columbus, Ohio, providing advanced cardiac ICU care. The unit handles a variety of critical cardiac cases, and your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes. You will work a rotating schedule that includes some weekends and holidays, with responsibilities that focus on delivering high-quality, compassionate ICU nursing care.
