Title: CVICU Registered Nurse - Cardiac ICU – Columbus, Ohio

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)
Hours/Week: 36 hours/week
Employment Type: Contract (W-2)
License/Certs: Valid Ohio RN license; BLS and ACLS required
Experience: 2+ years of Cardiac ICU experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

Pay Rate: $59.18 per hour

What You’ll Do:

Provide specialized care to cardiac ICU patients, including those on ventilators, Swan-Ganz catheters, and external pacemakers
Perform IV starts, telemonitoring, and conscious sedation procedures
Manage balloon pumps and PA lines
Monitor patients using Epic electronic health records system
Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes
Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards during shifts

What You Need:

Valid Ohio RN license and certification (BLS, ACLS)
Minimum 2 years of cardiac ICU experience preferred
Proficiency in IV therapy, telemonitoring, ventilator management, and Epic EMR
Strong clinical skills in cardiac critical care procedures and equipment
Ability to work night shifts and weekends as scheduled
