Teachers who want to become leaders in the classroom.

Responsibility:
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of preschool children
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child in the classroom
- Foster positive relationships with parents/guardians through regular communication
- Promote literacy education through storytelling, reading, and language development activities
- Encourage physical education through active play, outdoor activities, and gross motor skill development
- Communicate effectively with children, using age-appropriate language and positive reinforcement techniques
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom
