Accounting Clerk

Client in the area is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general accounting during an operational transition. Salary is $38-$41k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING CLERK

The Accounting Clerk will enter approximately 20 to 30 accounts payable invoices daily

The Accounting Clerk will manage accounts receivable check billing and respond promptly to customer requests

Post check, credit card, and ACH payments and apply remittance details

Complete light reconciliations and provide occasional general ledger support

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTING CLERK

Accounts payable or accounts receivable experience is strongly preferred

Working knowledge of Excel with the ability to learn formulas

Hands-on, adaptable approach and willingness to learn company-specific processes

Salary is $38-$41k, DOE
