Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Office Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our vibrant hotel. In this role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, coordinate guest services, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining smooth check-in/check-out processes, managing guest relations, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality. Bilingual abilities and multilingual skills are highly valued to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services
Greet guests warmly, handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and address guest inquiries promptly
Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments with accuracy and professionalism
Ensure all front desk operations adhere to hotel policies, standards, and procedures
Assist in resolving guest concerns or complaints with a positive attitude and effective solutions
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, billing, and special requests
Train new team members on customer service excellence and operational protocols
Promote a welcoming environment that reflects the hospitality spirit of the resort

Experience

Proven experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service within the hospitality industry
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a hotel or resort setting preferred
Multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests
Strong knowledge of front desk software systems and reservation management tools
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations and service excellence
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Passion for hospitality with a friendly, proactive approach to guest engagement
