What's the role?

Lotto.com is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to support our Store Operations Manager. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the location’s success by ensuring the seamless operation of our daily processes. Your responsibilities will include people leadership, where you will be leading, mentoring, and motivating a dynamic team to achieve their best performance. The ideal candidate will be capable of collaborating with support teams and ensuring operational excellence at all times. The Operations Supervisor will champion company policy, ensure that operational procedures are followed, monitor business activities, and suggest improvements to existing processes.

What you'll do:

Supervise your team’s performance and facilitate all day-to-day operations
Perform a variety of fulfillment processes and tasks, both under direction and self directed
Anticipate, identify, and resolve issues that arise as a result of lottery ticket fulfillment
Become the first point of escalation for the operations team
Escalate incidents that may affect day-to-day operations, and monitor them through resolution
Ensure company policy and standard operating procedures are followed correctly
Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies as needed
Maintain all location equipment, ensuring it remains in good working condition
Collaborate with HR and management in recruitment activities for the team
Resolve interpersonal employee issues that may arise to maintain a professional workplace
Assign additional projects to the staff and ensure timely completion
Conduct onboarding and retention training as needed
Build and maintain operations schedule to ensure appropriate shift coverage
Responsible for assisting with a wide array of business needs as they arise, a jack of all trades

What you need:

Open availability including nights, weekends, and Holidays
Ambitious drive, strong individual contributor, and team player
Affinity for technology and a can-do attitude
Familiarity with G-Suite tools and E-commerce platforms
Strong leadership tendencies with extensive experience in the leadership of diverse teams
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive results through process improvement
