Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department by:

Greeting customers and providing an exceptional service experience
Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting repair requests
Recommending maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines
Preparing estimates and explaining repair recommendations in a clear, professional manner
Coordinating repairs with technicians to ensure timely completion
Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
Reviewing completed repairs, explaining services performed, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Building lasting customer relationships through honesty, communication, and outstanding service

Qualifications

Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
Automotive knowledge and repair terminology strongly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency with computers and dealership management systems is a plus
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
