Compensation & Schedule

Estimated Compensation: $40–$50 per visit (varies by assignment and hiring organization)
PRN, Part-Time & Full-Time opportunities
Flexible scheduling based on your availability

Compensation varies based on the assignment, hiring organization, and experience

Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence.
Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed home exercise programs, safe mobility techniques, and proper use of assistive devices.
Observe, document, and communicate patient progress and changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Physicians, Nurses, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.

QualificationsRequired

Active Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Current automobile insurance
Ability to work independently in a field-based environment

Preferred

Home Health experience preferred, but not required
Experience in Skilled Nursing (SNF), Outpatient, Inpatient, Rehabilitation, or Acute Care
Familiarity with Medicare Home Health documentation
Strong communication, organization, and patient care skills

Work Environment

Patient care provided directly in patients' homes
Flexible assignments based on availability and location preferences
Assignments throughout the Columbus metropolitan area
