Procedural Nursing | Clinical Operations | Leadership & Growth

360 Vascular Institute is a physician-owned Vascular and Interventional Radiology practice in Dublin, Ohio and the only Quad A-accredited outpatient vascular practice in the region. We've become a destination for vascular care, serving patients from throughout Ohio, across the United States, and internationally through our commitment to exceptional vascular diagnosis, education, and treatment.
We're looking for an experienced procedural RN ready to take the next step into clinical leadership and help build the future of our practice.
As our Clinical Lead RN, you'll combine hands-on procedural nursing with responsibility for the day-to-day nursing operations of our growing office-based vascular lab. You'll work directly with a board-certified vascular and interventional radiologist and our OBL Manager to improve clinical workflows, oversee cath lab inventory, support quality and accreditation initiatives, and help mentor and support additional nursing staff as the practice expands.
This is more than a sedation or recovery RN position. You'll understand not only how procedures are performed, but why, while having a meaningful role in improving how our lab operates.
In our practice, every team member is expected to contribute beyond their individual job description by helping teammates, supporting our patients, and continuously improving how we deliver care. We value people who take initiative, embrace feedback, and look for ways to make the team stronger every day.
