Are you an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who knows how to build trust, communicate effectively, and deliver an exceptional customer experience?

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our growing service team at a busy Long Island domestic franchise dealership. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and understand how to maximize every opportunity while putting customers first, we want to meet you.

This is a high-volume operation with a loyal customer base, strong service traffic, and the support you need to succeed from day one.

What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact between our customers and service department. Your ability to communicate recommendations, build confidence, and create a positive experience will directly impact both customer satisfaction and your earning potential.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting customers and assisting with their service needs
Writing repair orders and accurately documenting customer concerns
Recommending maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
Providing updates throughout the repair process
Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
Delivering vehicles upon completion and reviewing completed work
Building long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business
Maintaining high customer satisfaction scores

What We're Looking For

Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
Strong sales and customer service skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation$75,000 – $150,000+ Per Year

Compensation is designed to reward performance, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
