Job Title: Doctor's Assistant & Front Desk Administrator

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (commensurate with skills and experience).

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and health-oriented professional to join our fast-paced chiropractic office.

This is a dynamic, dual-purpose position. Your primary role will be functioning as a hands-on Doctor’s Assistant—working directly with the doctor to guide patient flow and set up therapies. The administrative side of the role requires a master multi-tasker who can anchor our front desk, expertly handle phone communications, and keep our paperwork and schedule meticulously organized.

Primary Clinical Responsibilities (Doctor's Assistant)

Actively assist the doctor with hands-on patient care.
Prepare and touch patients to set up targeted neck and back therapies.
Efficiently direct and organize patient flow throughout the office.
Educate patients on their care and our natural health philosophy.

Administrative & Front Desk Responsibilities

Communication & Scheduling: Answer phone calls, manage patient inquiries, and optimize the doctor's schedule.
Organization & Paperwork: Manage patient files, process intake paperwork, collect finances, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Patient Experience: Greet patients warmly, creating a welcoming and high-energy reception environment.
Office Management: Monitor and order supplies, manage vendor relationships, and maintain exceptional office cleanliness.

Hours & Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:45 PM
Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 5:30 PM
