Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Construction Sales & Office Coordinator to support daily office operations while managing sales leads and client communications. The ideal candidate has experience in the construction industry, strong sales skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients from initial inquiry through project scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
Follow up with new and existing leads to generate sales opportunities.
Schedule appointments, estimates, and project consultations.
Maintain and update CRM and lead-tracking systems.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and project documentation.
Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives, and project managers.
Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities.
Assist with customer onboarding and project scheduling.
Manage office administrative tasks, filing, and record keeping.
Support marketing efforts by contacting past clients for referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction sales, contracting, or a related field.
Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
Experience following up on sales leads and closing opportunities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of construction terminology, estimating, and project workflows.
Experience with lead generation and customer relationship management.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Position Summary:

The Construction Sales & Office Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring all leads are promptly followed up and nurtured while maintaining efficient office operations. This role is critical in converting inquiries into projects and supporting the company's growth and customer satisfaction goals.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
