Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation: Chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications.
Station Management: Setting up and stocking the station, ensuring ingredients are readily available and the area is clean.
Cooking and Serving: Preparing and cooking food items to order, maintaining consistency and quality.
Plating: Ensuring dishes are plated attractively and according to the restaurant's standards.
Quality Control: Ensuring food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards.
Inventory Management: Keeping track of inventory, restocking items, and managing waste disposal.
Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area, following food safety guidelines.
Teamwork: Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
Adherence to Standards: Following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.

Culinary Knowledge: Understanding of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
