We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager , to lead daily operations of an amazing upscale restaurant in Allentown, PA. This is not just another management role—it’s a working partnership opportunity for a leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, proven hospitality experience, and the drive to build a successful operation from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

Lead from Day One – Oversee all aspects of daily operations across multiple service periods (lunch, dinner, and late-night), ensuring smooth execution and exceptional guest experiences.
Build from the Ground Up – Drive all operations activities including hiring, training, menu development, vendor partnerships, and operational systems.
Set the Standard – Develop and implement financial controls, inventory systems, and cost management strategies that ensure profitability and long-term sustainability.
Elevate the Experience – Deliver outstanding service and hospitality through hands-on floor management, consistent quality control, and guest-focused leadership.
Grow the Brand – Create and execute marketing initiatives that establish the restaurant as a premier destination in the Allentown dining scene.
Lead & Inspire – Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
Shape the Future – As a partner, contribute to long-term strategy, expansion opportunities, and the overall success of the business.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of Restaurant General management experience in full-service, multi-meal period establishments (upscale dining, chef driven brand cuisine preferred).
Strong background in restaurant openings, with the ability to design and execute systems from the ground up.
Financial acumen with proven experience managing P&L, labor, inventory, and cost control.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire, and retain high-performing teams.
Knowledge of food safety standards and alcohol compliance.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to full investment in the operation.
