Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Compensation: $200,000-$250,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus
Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Onsite

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a successful, privately held company with more than 23 years of industry leadership, approximately $75 million in annual revenue, and multiple operating locations.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will partner directly with the CEO and ownership group to drive financial strategy, operational performance, and long-term growth. This is an opportunity for a hands-on finance leader who wants a meaningful seat at the table and the ability to influence critical business decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Oversee audit processes, internal controls, and cost management initiatives

Manage treasury activities, cash flow planning, and banking relationships

Direct insurance programs and vendor relationships, including workers' compensation and fleet coverage

Partner with executive leadership to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic growth

Provide financial insight and recommendations to support key business decisions

Lead, develop, and mentor a team of approximately six accounting and finance professionals

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive within a dynamic, growth-oriented organization

Strong expertise in accounting, treasury management, financial reporting, budgeting, and operational finance

Demonstrated success managing banking relationships, financing initiatives, and insurance programs

Strategic mindset with the ability to balance big-picture planning and day-to-day execution

Strong leadership skills with experience building and developing high-performing teams

Excellent communication and business partnership skills with executive stakeholders
