Full Job Description

Advanced Clinical Research is looking for an organized, motivated, and patient-focused Clinical Research Coordinator to join our growing team.

In this role, you will work closely with investigators, study participants, sponsors, and other research professionals to help ensure clinical trials are conducted safely, accurately, and according to protocol. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely interested in helping advance medical research.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate daily activities for assigned clinical research studies from start-up through study closeout.
Identify, recruit, screen, and schedule potential study participants.
Conduct study visits according to protocol requirements.
Review informed consent forms with participants and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
Collect vital signs, perform blood draws, process laboratory samples, and complete other study-related procedures as trained and authorized.
Maintain accurate source documentation and enter study data into electronic data capture systems.
Track adverse events, protocol deviations, medications, and changes in participants’ medical conditions.
Communicate regularly with investigators, sponsors, monitors, laboratories, and other study vendors.
Maintain regulatory binders and ensure study documents remain current, complete, and audit-ready.
Protect participant confidentiality and follow all FDA, ICH-GCP, HIPAA, and company requirements.
Assist with monitoring visits, sponsor audits, and regulatory inspections.
Work collaboratively with the research team to meet enrollment goals and study timelines.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or in a related clinical research position is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of clinical research regulations, FDA requirements, ICH-GCP, and HIPAA.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple studies and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience using electronic medical records, electronic data capture systems, and clinical trial management systems is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Phlebotomy and vital-sign collection experience is preferred.
Current ICH-GCP certification is preferred or must be obtained after hire.
Bilingual English and Spanish.
