Summary

We are seeking a friendly, experienced Licensed Esthetician who can also manage front desk duties and assist with social media. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is confident in their skills, comfortable working independently, and brings a calm, professional presence to both the treatment room and overall client experience.

At Malka Med Spa, we specialize in non-invasive treatments focused on long-term improvement and enhancing natural beauty. We’re looking for someone who truly enjoys skincare and client interaction, and can integrate smoothly into our flow while becoming a natural part of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in clients with a professional, welcoming attitude

Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client records

Provide skincare facial treatments

Maintain a clean and organized reception and treatment areas

Create and post engaging content for social media platforms

Educate clients on services, products, and personalized treatment options

Assist with product sales, inventory, and basic administrative tasks

Qualifications

Licensed Esthetician (required)

Previous hands-on experience providing facial treatments (required)

Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Comfortable managing clients, schedule, and treatment flow with confidence

Ability to assist with business social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
