Full Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented financial professional with a passion for organization and making a difference? The Homeplace Assisted Living is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to oversee the daily financial operations of our growing healthcare organization.

Responsibilities Include:

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Process and oversee bi-weekly payroll
Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records
Ensure compliance with healthcare billing and financial regulations
Oversee employee payroll records and benefit deductions
Complete quarterly audits, month-end and year-end reporting
Compile reports and audits for Workers Comp (WC) , Unemployment and Department of Workforce Development (DWD) and OSHA.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of accounting or business office management experience (healthcare or senior living preferred)
Proficient in QuickBooks
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong understanding of payroll processing and employment tax requirements
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation
Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
