This Safety Manager opportunity offers the chance to build a culture where safety is more than a requirement—it's a shared commitment. You'll work closely with field teams and leadership to create safer jobsites while influencing how projects are planned and executed. As a Safety Manager you will:

Spend time in the field where you can make the greatest impact, coaching teams, conducting site audits, and reinforcing a proactive safety culture
Analyze safety trends and performance metrics, using data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence
Build strong relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and project teams, serving as the company's safety representative on active projects

Requirements of this Safety Manager role:

Ability to continuously gain safety “buy in” from teams and build the safety culture
5+ years’ experience in a field construction safety role
4-year degree preferred
OSHA 30 certification required
CHST, OSHA 500 or 510, CSO or equivalent strongly preferred
Bi-lingual ability in English and Spanish required
Valid Class C driver’s license
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong and verifiable industry references
