Full Job Description

East Hills Auto Group seeks a world-class Director of Parts for our multi-franchise locations on Long Island. The ideal candidate will be able to manage employees, set goals, control costs and ensure customer satisfaction.

A minimum of 5 years as Parts Manager is required. Your responsibilities would include:

Hire, train and motivate Parts employees.
Prepare and administer operating departmental budgets while controlling operating costs.
Establish and maintain world-class customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
Manage scheduling, repair workflows, loaner fleet and customer interactions.
Optimize parts inventory to ensure attainment of sales.
Understand and comply with relevant regulations, including OSHA and hazardous waste disposal.
Maintain reporting systems and monitor performance metrics.

Compensation:

Earning potential $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, track record and performance.

$10,000 - $25,000 signing bonus, based on experience.

Available benefits include medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, employee discounts on products and services, plus ongoing training and professional development.
