Account Manager | Direct Hire| $50k base + commission | Omaha, NE |On-site

What Matters Most:

Competitive base salary of $50,000 plus uncapped commission
Schedule: Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Location: Omaha, NE

Qualifications and Requirements:

Long term care Insurance experience
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to educate and support insurance agents and advisors
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with commission opportunities
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage follow-up and multiple accounts

Job Description:
This is a relationship-focused opportunity supporting the growth of an established Long Term Care insurance division. The individual in this role will work closely with insurance agents, financial advisors, and producers to help grow business, provide product support, and build long-term partnerships. This is not a high-pressure cold-calling environment. The department already has active business and established relationships in place, allowing the right person to begin building commission income quickly.

The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated, and enjoys consultative sales, account management, and relationship development. This role offers strong long-term growth potential within a stable and team-oriented organization.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, advisors, and producers
Educate partners on long-term care insurance products and available solutions
Support agents throughout the quoting, application, and policy process
Provide product information, illustrations, and case support
Maintain accurate client and producer records
Follow up on opportunities and assist with ongoing account management
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and professional experience
