(Bilingual English & Mandarin) Nanny Placement & Client Services Coordinator

My Asian Nanny is a growing childcare and domestic staffing placement agency helping families across the United States find trusted postpartum nannies, newborn care specialists, nannies, and domestic helpers.

We are looking for a Bilingual English & Mandarin Nanny Placement & Client Services Coordinator to join our Monterey Park office. This person will communicate with families and nanny/domestic helper candidates, coordinate interviews, assist with the matching process, follow up with clients and applicants, and provide excellent customer service throughout the placement process.

This is a stable, full-time, in-person office position for someone who is hardworking, reliable, organized, responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, friendly, and willing to learn.

Previous nanny placement or staffing experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person. We value a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to learn quickly.

Follow up with new applications and prospective clients
Schedule nanny and domestic helper interviews and manage appointment calendars
Assist with Zoom and FaceTime interviews
Provide Mandarin-English translation during interviews when needed
Assist with matching qualified candidates with family needs
Follow up with families and candidates throughout the hiring and placement process
Maintain accurate client, candidate, application, and CRM records
Send and follow up on emails, messages, applications, and other client communications
Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
