About the Role

Coast Technology is the company behind STEALTH, our proprietary single-instance platform spanning websites, customer data (CDXP), DSP and programmatic media, de-anonymization, and attribution. STEALTH is purpose-built for all industries and specializing in dealerships, attorneys, medical and more.

We are hiring a Client Success Manager to be the steady hand our clients rely on after the contract is signed. This is the person who turns a new account into a long-term partner. You will own onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth, making sure every client understands the why behind our strategy, sees the results in their numbers, and never wonders what is happening next.

How You Show Up With Clients

Our clients expect a partner who communicates clearly, sets expectations early, and earns trust through consistency.

Lead client conversations with confidence and warmth, including onboarding kickoffs, regular check-ins, and campaign performance reviews.

Translate platform complexity into plain language. Clients should always understand the why behind the strategy and the next step in the plan.

Do in advance what you know in advance. Share timelines, deliverables, and benchmarks before the work begins so there are no surprises.

Deliver hard truths with respect. When something needs to change, bring the recommendation and the reasoning, not just the problem.

Document decisions in writing. Recap meetings, confirm scope changes, and keep clients aligned with clear, professional follow-ups.

What You Will Own

The full client lifecycle, from a clean onboarding, renewal, and expansion. You are the owner of the relationship, not a ticket-taker.

Keep clients up to date on STEALTH confidently, with their team trained on the tools they will actually use.

Account health and retention. Watch usage, results, and sentiment so you can spot risk early and act before it becomes an account that may be at risk.

Performance reviews and strategic check-ins that connect platform activity to leads, new business, and gross profit, in language the client cares about.

Growth within the book. Identify where a client could get more value from STEALTH and bring the right expansion conversation at the right time.

The client's voice inside Coast. Surface what is working, what is missing, and what is breaking, and feed it back to our product and media teams.

Clear, curiosity-driven communication. Your updates and recaps should set the tone, build confidence, and lead clients naturally to the next step.

What We Are Looking For

Three or more years in Client success, account management, or client services, ideally in marketing, media, SaaS, or agency settings.

A genuine relationship builder. You enjoy client conversations, you handle tough ones with composure, and people trust you because you do what you say.

Comfort with marketing and media concepts. You do not need to build the campaigns, but you should be able to speak credibly about websites, data, paid media, and attribution.

Strong organization and follow-through. You manage a book of accounts without dropping balls, and you keep everyone aligned with clean documentation.

A retention mindset. You measure your success by growth, and clients who would refer you, not just tickets closed.

Polished communication. You can present results, defend a strategy, deliver a difficult update, and run a client meeting that leaves people more confident than when they walked in.

Bonus Points

Experience with dealership clients in automotive, RV, marine, or powersports.

Familiarity with VinSolutions, IDS, or other dealership CRM and DMS platforms.

A working understanding of AI search and the shift from getting clicks to being chosen, including AEO/GEO, LLMs.txt, and schema.
