Full Job Description

Job Title: Senior Operations Manager
Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15219
Pay Rate: $32.00/hr
Job Type: Temp to Permanent
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (must be flexible). Location is open 7:30 am - 6 pm. Sr Site Manager will work extended hours or adjust schedule as necessary to accommodate site needs.

Interview Process:

Interview format(s): Phone, video, onsite.
Team 1st meetings; 2nd & 3rd round in-person.
Number of interview rounds: 3.
Final round will be a client meet & greet for those who make it past round 2.
Interview duration: 30-minute initial meeting; 1-hour final 2 sessions.

Requirements:

5+ years of operations, office services, facilities, workplace experience, or managed services leadership experience.
Proven experience leading teams, including coaching, performance management, training, and employee development.
Experience supporting multiple locations, remote teams, or geographically dispersed employees.
Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with office leadership and key stakeholders.
Experience managing service delivery in an SLA-driven environment with accountability for metrics and reporting.
Demonstrated success overseeing high-volume operational workflows such as digital mail, scanning, print production, records management, mail services, or similar business support functions.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with executive-level professionalism.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to escalations, and maintain service excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Experience preparing and presenting monthly operational metrics, business reviews, and performance reporting.
Ability to serve as the primary backup to the Senior Services Operations Manager and provide remote leadership support across a multi-site account structure.
Preferred: Legal, professional services, financial services, healthcare, or corporate headquarters experience.
Preferred: Experience supporting digital mailroom operations, production print, and scanning environments.
Preferred: Experience managing customer-facing services for 100+ employees.
Preferred: Experience supporting single-person and small remote site operations.
Business casual dress code.

Responsibilities:

Lead a 3-person team at the largest office within a 13-location legal services account.
Serve as the designated successor and operational right-hand to the Senior Services Operations Manager.
Provide team leadership, including coaching, performance management, training, and employee development.
Drive customer success and maintain strong relationships with office leadership and key stakeholders.
Ensure SLA performance and service delivery standards are consistently met.
Support multi-site operations and provide remote leadership across the account.
Oversee high-volume operational workflows, including digital mail, scanning, print production, records management, mail services, and similar business support functions.
Manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to escalations.
Prepare and present monthly operational metrics, business reviews, and performance reporting.
Maintain service excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Provide operational coverage and leadership support as needed to accommodate site requirements.
