Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Bookkeeper to join our growing team in Wall Township. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure our financial processes run smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks (A/P, A/R, and general ledger).
Perform accurate data entry, bank reconciliations, and credit card reconciliation and verification.
Process weekly payroll and assist with quarterly/yearly tax preparation.
Generate weekly/monthly financial reports for management.
Provide data for job costing.
Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):

2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, preferably within a service industry.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop.
Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Local candidates within a reasonable commute to Wall Township preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
