Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to oversee our operations during the evening shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality in a casual dining environment. As the Night Manager, you will ensure that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly, from food production to customer service, while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the night staff, ensuring effective team management and a positive work environment.
- Oversee food production processes to guarantee adherence to food safety standards.
- Assist in bartending duties as needed, providing excellent service to guests.
- Coordinate kitchen operations, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of meals.
- Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system for accurate order processing and financial transactions.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new staff members.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas throughout the shift.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality or casual dining industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience in bartending and kitchen operations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems and their operation in a restaurant setting.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on guest interaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
