Full Job Description

Job Title: Wraparound Quality Assurance & Community Engagement Specialist, High Fidelity Wraparound Program

Department: YWCA Family Services

Reports to: Director, Family Services

Job summary: The Wraparound Quality Assurance & Community Engagement Specialist supports the successful implementation and growth of the Wraparound program by balancing quality assurance activities with community outreach and partnership development. This position conducts fidelity and client satisfaction reviews, manages program data, completes file reviews, and monitors compliance and performance indicators while also building relationships with community partners, increasing program awareness, coordinating referral development, and representing the program throughout the service area. This position plays a key role in both maintaining program quality and expanding community access to Wraparound services. This position is an hourly non-exempt position.

Minimum Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services or Business field
2+ years of experience providing data collection and analysis.
Experience in quality assurance, data management, program evaluation, community outreach, or partnership development preferred.
Experience interpreting data and using findings to support program improvement preferred.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office & Google Drive environments and adaptive skills to expand software application skills as necessary.
Ability to effectively manage and maintain datasets.
Excellent public speaking, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with community stakeholders
Highly efficient and organized approach to work, with strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
Ability to work and learn independently and able to incorporate suggestions and supervisory feedback as needed.
A self-starter mentality and ability to determine necessary tasks to achieve the larger goals of the position and organization.
Eagerness to make ongoing improvements in personal tasks and program wide systems, to ensure the most efficient and effective workflow is designed and followed.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent problem solving, organization, communication both written & verbal and basic computer skills
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize
Pass all pre-employment drug screens, background clearances, and maintain driving clearances
Ability to lift 30 pounds, sit, stand, and bend
Valid Illinois driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of vehicle insurance.
Obtain and document a minimum of fifteen (15) hours of professional development annually.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance

Oversees the program intake and enrollment tracking processes.
Enters and maintains accurate data within the program data management system.
Conducts routine file reviews to ensure documentation accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Validates documentation completed by service providers such as meeting dates, documentation completion, and timeliness.
Tracks fidelity measures, performance indicators, and program outcomes.
Prepares aggregate reports for leadership, funders, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Coordinates client satisfaction surveys and compiles results.
Assists with grant monitoring, audits, and accreditation activities.
Provides technical assistance and training related to documentation and data systems.
Collaborates with leadership to identify opportunities for quality improvement.

Community Engagement & Referral Development

Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with community partners to increase referrals and awareness of the Wraparound program.
Represents the program at networking events, coalition meetings, health fairs, conferences, and community presentations.
Conducts outreach to schools, behavioral health providers, child welfare agencies, juvenile justice agencies, healthcare providers, and other referral sources.
Coordinates informational presentations and educational opportunities about Wraparound services.
Assists with the development and distribution of marketing materials, newsletters, and social media content in collaboration with agency leadership.
Tracks outreach activities, referral sources, and partnership development efforts.
Serves as a liaison between referral partners and the Wraparound team to support timely referrals and communication.
Identifies new partnership opportunities to strengthen the continuum of care for children and families.
Assists with community events and program promotion initiatives.
Performs other duties as assigned.
