Job Summary
Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher, where your energy and dedication will help create memorable dining experiences. Whether you’re preparing ingredients, cooking delicious dishes, or maintaining a spotless kitchen environment, your contribution is vital to our success. Duties

Assist with food preparation by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients according to menu specifications
Cook menu items with precision, ensuring quality, presentation, and timely delivery
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold food safety standards
Support dishwashing duties by cleaning dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools efficiently
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
Help with menu planning and ingredient inventory management to streamline kitchen operations
Serve food to customers or assist in catering events as needed to enhance guest satisfaction

Experience

Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable
Hands-on culinary experience in restaurant or food industry settings demonstrates strong food preparation skills
Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques is essential
Basic knife skills and meal preparation knowledge are preferred for cooking responsibilities
Experience in catering or serving can be an asset for supporting diverse service environments
Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance helps ensure smooth workflow
Prior work in a fast-paced food service environment builds the ability to multitask effectively
