T.Y.M.A.T. LLC is a growing accounting and tax firm seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and motivated Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with clients, thrives in an organized environment, and is interested in developing a long-term career in accounting and taxation.

Whether you bring prior experience in a tax office or are looking to expand your skills in the field, we offer comprehensive training and clear opportunities for professional advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and deliver exceptional customer service in a professional manner
Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
Maintain and organize client files and documentation
Follow up with clients to obtain required tax documents and information
Assist tax preparers during client consultations
Learn and utilize professional tax preparation software
Provide support with bookkeeping, payroll, and administrative projects
Assist with the creation and management of social media content
Support daily office operations and administrative functions

Qualifications and Skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Minimum of 2 years of administrative office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
Experience handling phone communications and general office responsibilities
Prior experience in an accounting or tax office is preferred but not required—training will be provided
Arabic language proficiency is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:
