Full Job Description

A new social entertainment destination is coming to the DFW area, blending an upscale bar and dining experience with an immersive entertainment concept designed for groups, celebrations, date nights, and nights out.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to lead a new venue from the beginning - building the team, shaping the culture, and establishing the operational standards for a growing hospitality and entertainment brand.

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager who knows how to run a high-volume food and beverage operation, develop a great team, manage the numbers, and consistently deliver an elevated guest experience.

What You'll Own

Lead all day-to-day venue operations and take ownership of overall performance
Manage P&L performance with a strong focus on labor, COGS, inventory, and controllable operating expenses
Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing front-of-house team
Build schedules and manage staffing levels and labor strategy based on business volume
Maintain a visible, hands-on leadership presence on the floor, especially during peak periods
Build a culture centered on accountability, hospitality, teamwork, and high standards
Oversee inventory control, purchasing, vendor relationships, and key operating systems
Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, and alcohol service requirements
Maintain exceptional standards for cleanliness, organization, and venue presentation
Ensure consistent execution across food, beverage, service, entertainment, and the overall guest experience
Analyze operating results and identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve efficiency, and strengthen profitability
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and create an environment that encourages repeat business

What We're Looking For

3–5+ years of leadership experience as a General Manager or strong Assistant General Manager in a high-volume bar, restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment environment
Proven experience managing P&L, labor, inventory, budgeting, and operating costs
Strong understanding of food and beverage operations and hospitality management
Experience recruiting, training, coaching, and managing a sizable hospitality team
Comfortable leading a lively, high-energy operation while maintaining an elevated level of service
A confident, decisive leader who stays composed during demanding, high-volume services
Strong communicator who knows how to motivate a team while holding people accountable
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working nights, weekends, and peak hospitality hours
Experience opening a new restaurant, bar, or entertainment venue is a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits

$80,000–$100,000 total compensation, commensurate with experience
Performance-based bonus structure

When the venue is packed, our General Manager is visible, composed, and in control. They know the numbers, know their team, and understand that great hospitality comes from both strong systems and genuine human connection.

We're looking for someone who is equal parts operator, leader, and host—sharp enough to run the business, personable enough to connect with guests, and ambitious enough to help build something that can grow well beyond one location.
