Full Job Description

Axium Power Services is expanding its U.S. footprint, and we are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to establish, lead, and scale our high-voltage and medium-voltage field services business in Texas and beyond.

This is not a maintenance role. It is a builder role.

You will be responsible for turning opportunity into execution by standing up operational systems, leading field teams, supporting strategic business development, and ensuring Axium’s U.S. operations are credible, compliant, and built for long-term growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the NETA testing environment, has lived in field operations, and is ready to step into regional leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build and lead Axium’s U.S. field operations, starting in Texas, across HV and MV testing, commissioning, diagnostics, and maintenance
Establish operational processes, safety systems, QA/QC standards, and performance reporting aligned with Axium and NETA expectations
Recruit, develop, and lead field supervisors, technicians, and project leadership
Support market entry and growth by converting client relationships into executable, repeatable work
Partner with Business Development and executive leadership to ensure growth is operationally sound and scalable
Act as a senior client-facing leader during site walks, planning sessions, and key account engagements
Own regional operational KPIs including utilization, margin, safety, schedule performance, and client satisfaction
Support NETA alignment and accreditation efforts as Axium expands its U.S. testing presence

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience in the NETA testing world, with direct exposure to HV and MV systems
NETA 3 certification
Strong background in field operations, project execution, or regional leadership within power system services
Working knowledge of high-voltage testing, commissioning, maintenance, and diagnostic workflows
Ability to build teams, systems, and operational discipline from the ground up
Comfortable operating in a fast-growth, entrepreneurial environment with real accountability

Preferred, Not Required

Prior regional or multi-site operational leadership
