What You'll Do

Own the Daily Financial Operations

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time.
Record invoices, payments, deposits, and journal entries.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records across multiple business entities.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.

Support Financial Reporting

Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting.
Prepare daily and weekly financial reports for leadership.
Help identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues quickly.
Ensure financial information is accurate, timely, and complete.

Payroll & Compliance

Support payroll processing and related reporting.
Prepare and file sales tax returns as required.
Maintain compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist with audits and documentation requests when needed.

Partner Across the Business

Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payments.
Collaborate with property management, hospitality, and operations teams to resolve financial questions.
Help improve accounting processes and identify efficiencies as the company continues to grow.
Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
