Key Responsibilities

Joining GOODSTONE as a Sales Closer means stepping into a role where your passion for sales and fine jewelry converge. You will play a key role in delivering the elevated, personal experience that defines the GOODSTONE brand. Responsibilities include:

Engaging warm, inbound leads and guiding them seamlessly from inquiry to ownership
Delivering one-on-one consultations, introducing clients to our collection and helping them discover jewelry that reflects their stories and refined tastes
Building long-term client relationships rooted in trust and loyalty
Achieving and exceeding sales goals while contributing to GOODSTONE’s continued growth
Collaborating closely with marketing and design teams to enhance the client experience and strengthen brand resonance

This high-earning role offers a base salary paired with commission designed to reward performance and exceptional results.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end retail sales; fine jewelry experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A genuine appreciation for fine jewelry and craftsmanship
Ability to build rapport and deliver a personalized, elevated service experience
Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales goals while representing the GOODSTONE brand with integrity
Weekend Availability
Residency in Dallas, TX or willingness to relocate
