Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Recruiter/Jr. Matchmaker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new candidates into our matchmaking system. Your ability to connect with people and understand their needs will be crucial in helping us create meaningful and lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing and onboard new clients and candidates into our matchmaking system with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
Conduct interviews and assessments to understand clients' and candidates' preferences, goals, and compatibility factors.
Maintain and update client and candidate profiles in our database.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless matchmaking process.
Collaborate and work with a book of clients to find their optimal romantic match.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates throughout their journey with us.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our matchmaking services.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous experience in matchmaking, recruiting, or a related field is not required.
Sales background preferred but not required.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems, Microsoft Word, basic Excel.
Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people find meaningful connections.
