Full Job Description

We're looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Social Media Marketing Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of brands. Our business spans multiple industries—including cannabis, retail, restaurants, hospitality, rentals, consumer products, and more—and our portfolio is continually evolving. New brands, industries, and opportunities are always being added, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

You'll work closely with our in-house graphic design and photography team while taking ownership of each brand's social media strategy, content planning, and execution. The ideal candidate is both a creative thinker and a strategic marketer who can adapt their approach to different audiences while developing fresh ideas that drive engagement and growth.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–FridayOccasional evening or weekend availability may be required for special events, product launches, or content creation.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple social media accounts across a diverse portfolio of brands.
Develop content strategies and monthly content calendars tailored to each business.
Create engaging captions, campaigns, and content ideas.
Coordinate creative requests with our graphic design and photography teams.
Plan and capture content when needed, including on-site visits and special events.
Adapt strategies and messaging across a variety of industries and brand voices.
Identify trends and develop new content opportunities.
Monitor analytics and optimize content performance.
Support product launches, promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure each brand maintains a consistent voice and identity.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional social media marketing experience.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously.
Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a creative team.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
Ability to prioritize projects and manage multiple deadlines.
Experience using scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or Later.
Experience interpreting social media analytics and preparing monthly performance reports.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage 10+ brand accounts simultaneously.
Experience creating content calendars and campaign planning.
Comfortable traveling locally to capture content at multiple business locations.

Bonus Skills

Experience with After Effects or motion graphics.
Photography or videography experience.
Paid social advertising.
Cannabis industry experience.
Influencer or email marketing experience.
