Full Job Description

Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals across the lifespan. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful, lasting impact on the well-being of patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations, with experience in ADOS testing and autism evaluations
Diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy and counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care
Track and assess patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Collect and analyze data; participate in research efforts that support best practices in psychology
Offer education, guidance, and support to patients and families regarding mental health needs
Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and interdisciplinary conferences

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of psychological theories, principles, and evidence-based practices
Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum
Proficiency in child and family counseling
Excellent documentation skills with a commitment to confidentiality
Skilled in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including CBT and psychodynamic therapy
Competence in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
Experience leading group therapy sessions
Familiarity with clinical or hospital-based settings
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively
Knowledge of special education practices is preferred
